Animals For Sale

PSA: Little Hill Farms is a 4-H run company. We pride ourselves in the care of our animals and care about each and every animal who is brought onto our property. We will not be selling to anyone who has not done the research or does not have proper housing set up for these animals. Animals aren't like toilet paper, You can't just put them in the garage for later when things go back to normal. So I implore you to do your research and be sure this is what you want. I don't ask much but I do ask that the animals who leave my farm have a humane living situation and (if its their purpose) a humane dispatch. We are happy to answer any questions you have so just ask!

Sales Policy

  1. Our most important rule is that you take the time to do your research on the care of the animals you are purchasing and thus bringing into your care. We love teaching new people about the animals we have or had in the past, so feel free to ask, we would rather you ask a stupid question then not and make a mistake at the expense of your animal's welfare. Even if you are buying the animal with the the intention of eating them. The animals still require proper care while they are with you and a humane dispatch.
  2. We require that any specific animal you desire to purchase who is not picked up within 24 hours of choosing, be paid for with a nonrefundable deposit and be picked up within the agreed upon time limit or you forfeit your deposit and the animal will go back up for sale. If you choose not to place a deposit animals will be sold on a first come first serve basis regardless of if you have set a time for pick up. Too many people have backed out at the last minute
    1. Deposit costs by species are as follows:
      1. Rabbits - 50%
      2. Goats - $100
      3. Pigs -unless you are a show family we ask that you allow us to choose which pig you buy to ensure pigs who have show potential go to show homes. No charge for a hold to show families.
  3. All payments must be paid in cash, through PayPal Friends and Family, Venmo, or a check that has cleared the bank before the animal(s) can leave the property. All checks must be made put to Kayden Goodman.

Return Policy

  1. If for any reason you do not want your Rabbit(s), Pig(s), or Goat(s) at any time in there life you can bring them back and we will take them. We do not charge you for this nor will you receive a refund but you do have to transport it back to the farm. Just contact us and set a time for drop-off.
  2. If within 72 hours your Rabbit(s), Pig(s), or Goat(s) show signs of illness or injury we will either take the animal back and you will receive a full refund, or we will pay for the vet (up to the original sale price) that is up to you.
  3. If your animal(s) perished of something the either we feel and/or a vet confirm was our fault we will give you a full refund and (if available and desired) a replacement animal. We pride ourselves in the health and welfare of our animals and hurt just as much as you when the worst happens to one of them.

Rabbits for Sale

If you would like a litter born for your 4-H project please shoot us a text or email and we can breed one or two for you. Just let us know when you want them born for your fryer, or roaster pen.

We do not sell rabbits to owners who plan to keep a "bonded pair." rabbits only tolerate each other until they don't and it is a disaster waiting to happen. Please talk to breeders in facebook groups or through their blogs rather then influencers and blogs that have know data on there claims that rabbits do better eating limited pellet diets and living together.

Show Pigs for Sale

We had litters of 2 litters of crossbreds in December, and 1 crossbred litters and 1 Duroc litter in January. Message us to be put on a waitlist!
*This page is not guaranteed to be up to date so please contact us with interest and we can let you know what we have / when we will have something available. We try to keep this page updated but things happen and sometimes it's been a while since we last updated.

The difference between a breeder and a multiplier is that one breeds for specific traits that improve their animals whether that be to make a better animal through their own or show standards. While the other just keeps making more babies with no care for improving what they have or what genetic issues they may be creating. We choose to be breeders.
